Our Journey

2004

Humble Beginnings

The founders worked corporate jobs, including management positions at McDonald’s South Africa, where they learned large-scale operations, customer service discipline, and franchise-level systems.

2008

Market Crash Turning Point

The global financial crisis shifted the founders’ focus toward property investment. Observing how undervalued homes were becoming, they began studying the market intensely, laying the groundwork for a future venture.

2010

Foundation

NC Properties was founded with a mission to simplify the home-buying process.

2012

First Office

Opened the first NC Properties office, establishing a physical base of operations and onboarding the company’s first dedicated agents.
